While we would never use plystyrene foam on a building because the product cannot stand up to moisture, animals and vandalism, Premier Stoneworks has come up with some unique uses besides the fabrication of molds for concrete products.

For charity, we have created some interesting elements with polysterene foam including rugby balls and the Flintstones car. In the case of the rugby ball, we glued together many pieces of our scrap foam, and then carved the rugby ball shape by hand.

The ball was part of the Boca Raton Christmas Parade 2017.

In the case of our foam Flintstones car, we first cut the main shapes with a computer controlled hot wire, and then finished the shape by hand. It was later painted.
